Eva Hellreich is the Communications Officer at the Infrastructure Institute, University of Toronto. They bring over seven years of experience in community arts and funding administration across the non-profit, community arts, festival, and public sectors. Eva leads the Institute’s communications strategy and storytelling initiatives, supporting outreach and knowledge mobilization across projects and programs. Their work focuses on amplifying community voices and advancing inclusive narratives that highlight creativity, collaboration, and equity within urban and cultural development.

Prior to joining the Infrastructure Institute, Eva held various roles in program coordination, arts funding administration, and community engagement. Eva holds a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Master of Arts in Immigration and Settlement Studies from Toronto Metropolitan University, where they conducted primary research on the experiences of newcomer artists and the role of art as a tool for civic engagement.
