Project
Construct a 60-unit complex of affordable apartments for seniors, and develop a business plan for an incoming 80-unit project in Gander, NL.
In the Accelerator, they will
Leverage a completed pro-forma and secured financing to develop a deeper understanding of community outreach and engagement and strategies in affordable housing governance and operations.
