Daniel Lam
Architectural Designer
Daniel is an architectural designer at the Infrastructure Institute within the School of Cities. He holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in architecture from the University of Toronto, where his thesis Just a Little Bit of Faith reimagined All Saints Church Community Centre as an adaptable civic framework for care, rest, and coexistence. His work explores how design can hold overlap, support informality, and respond to how spaces are actually used. He’s a firm believer in representation and storytelling as tools to translate complex ideas, policies, and systems into something more legible, approachable, and just a little bit easier to engage with.
