The Emergency Services Mixed Use Concept Study is a project with City of Toronto agency CreateTO. It outlines strategies to co-locate fire stations and paramedic stations in buildings with affordable housing and other needed community uses. This has proven to be a way to unlock public and private land to deliver critical public services and more affordable units.
