Mission
Leamington Mennonite Home’s past legacy binds their commitment to compassionate care. They operate on a residents-first model through faith-based commitment, compassion, and community with over 273 residents living in Long Term Care, Assisted Living/Retirement, Independent Condos, Apartments and Townhouses.
Project
The current Assisted Living/Retirement was built 60 years ago and needs to be replaced.
In the Accelerator, they will
Develop a mission-aligned funding playbook; identify financing and partnership options, finalizing a capital stack and develop a 10-year pro forma that keeps services affordable and true to our philosophy while covering real costs and building reserves. They’re also seeking guidance on creating a sustainable capacity plan and a disciplined priorities framework to align with the Residents First mission.
