As London, Ontario’s leading resettlement agency, they help newcomers to our community settle and thrive in their new home. Their mission is to provide integration services and support to newcomers and to promote intercultural awareness and understanding. Their vision is to create a welcoming community where newcomers can succeed.
The Project
Located at 763-769 Dundas Street in London Old East, close to rapid transit, the London CCLC will develop a low-rise with 33 units with main floor commercial space and a 24-story building will have 200 units, at least 80 of them affordable. The tower will be set back from the street for added privacy and reduced road noise. One, two, and three-bedroom units will be available plus onsite bike storage, underground parking, green space, and laundry facility.
