Mixed-Use School Design and Planning Advisory Work (April 2023-April 2024) 

In our continued partnership with the Toronto Lands Corporation (TLC), the Toronto District School Board’s (TDSB) real estate services provider, our team has provided planning and design services in the form of development concepts and preliminary designs for 3 sites of interest, either schools with redevelopment potential, or brand-new schools that are part of new planned transit-oriented developments. Our team provided a due diligence review of the planning and zoning context for each site, several mixed-use design concepts built upon the mixed-use school design guidelines previously developed, building renderings, and high-level site plans.
