Under the Creative Mixed-Use Initiative, we were retained by Why Not Theatre to undertake a market scan and literature review to establish a baseline of data with key information about vacancies in the commercial, retail and industrial space sectors. It is part of the broader Space Project to help pair performing artists with vacant or underutilized space across Toronto.
