The Infrastructure Institute in partnership with the Community Housing Transformation Centre and United Way Greater Toronto is leading the Social Purpose Real Estate (SPRE) National Accelerator.

Roadmap Connect
Infrastructure Institute supports CP Planning as a program delivery partner in the Social Purpose Real Estate (SPRE) mentorship programs as part of CP Planning’s Roadmap For Redevelopment: Plans to Confront Systemic Racism “Roadmap”. These programs seek to address the barriers that racialized leaders and communities of non-profit organizations face in the development and procurement of affordable housing.
FutureBUILDS BIPOC Real Estate Development Incubator
FutureBUILDS is a BIPOC Real Estate Development Incubator developed by Monumental and implemented in partnership with the University of Toronto’s Infrastructure Institute. The project is funded by the Future Skills Centre. FutureBUILDS seeks to support mid-career Black, Indigenous and People of Colour (BIPOC), who are interested in launching entrepreneurial ventures in real estate development.
